Trumpeter Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense, deep red ruby colour. Concentrated aromas of ripe red fruits, berries, cloves and eucalyptus appear on the nose; then on the palate, ripe plums and black cherries mix with vanilla from the oak. This wine is well-balanced, with smooth tannins and a long finish. A great value wine.
Suitable to drink now or cellar for up to 4 years.

About this bottle
Trumpeter Cabernet Sauvignon is made from grapes grown in the Uco Valley, in Argentina’s premier wine-growing region of Mendoza. Here, high altitude and free-draining soils stress the vines; this results in lower yields but more intensely flavored fruit.
After malolactic fermentation, the winemaker matures the wine in oak for 7 months before bottling to impart further complexity and structure.
