How this product is made
Stolichnaya Premium Vodka is made from high-quality ingredients, primarily wheat and rye grains. These grains undergo a meticulous selection process to ensure only the finest are used in production. The exact proportions of wheat and rye may vary, contributing to the vodka’s distinct taste and smoothness.
The production process begins with the grains being milled and mixed with water to create a mash. Yeast is added to the mash, initiating the fermentation process, where the sugars are converted into alcohol. The resulting liquid, known as “wash” or “beer,” is distilled multiple times in copper pot stills to separate the alcohol from impurities and achieve a high level of purity.
After distillation, the vodka undergoes further filtration, which involves passing it through charcoal to remove any remaining impurities, ensuring a clean and smooth spirit.
