Beluga Flip – Vodka cocktail

Ingredients:

•Beluga Noble Vodka – 50 ml
•Maple syrup – 25 ml
•Egg yolk
•Mascarpone cheese
•Cocoa powder

Preparation
Pour 50 ml of Beluga into a shaker. Add 25 ml of maple syrup. Add 1 egg yolk. Add Mascarpone cheese. Add into the shaker some ice. Shake with ice. Filter through a strainer into a chilled glass. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
