Best enjoyed as part of the classic Aperol Spritz; three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol, and a splash of soda over ice, garnished with an orange slice. Also works beautifully in low-alcohol cocktails and long drinks.

Created in 1919 by the Barbieri brothers in Padua, it is crafted from a blend of herbs, roots, and citrus, offering a lighter alternative to traditional bitters. Its lower alcohol content and vibrant personality make it the perfect companion for social gatherings, most famously in the Aperol Spritz.
