How this product is made
Bacardi Añejo Cuatro is an aged rum produced by Bacardi. The creation process starts with the fermentation of molasses, a byproduct of sugar production. The fermented molasses is then distilled to produce a high-proof spirit. This spirit is aged for a minimum of four years in oak barrels, allowing it to develop its flavor and character. The aging process imparts notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak to the rum, creating a smooth and rich profile.
