The finish is crisp, saline, and beautifully persistent is a hallmark of Agulhas terroir.
This lively Sauvignon Blanc is made for seafood such as oysters, prawns, and grilled calamari. It also complements sushi, soft goat cheese, and light vegetable dishes.
