About this bottle
Bruce Jack Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% cabernet sauvignon grapes, harvested early in the day from selected vineyards. Destemming and crushing takes place on arrival at the winery prior to fermenting on the skins. Then open and closed pump overs for colour extract are followed by fermentation of the juice before blending, stabilising and filtering.
