Deep ruby in color, the nose is generous with ripe plum, black cherry, and hints of mocha and baking spice. On the palate, it’s silky and well-rounded, offering dark berries, soft tannins, and a gentle touch of oak. The finish is smooth and warming, with a lingering note of cocoa and cedar.
Perfect with herb-crusted lamb, or roasted mushroom risotto. Also pairs beautifully with aged cheddar or a dark chocolate tart for a decadent finish.
