In the glass, this wine reveals a deep ruby hue with purple edges. Aromas of ripe blackberries, red cherries, and plum are complemented by notes of mocha and smoky vanilla. On the palate, the blend opens with juicy dark fruit and transitions into a rounded mid-palate of blackcurrant and sweet spice. Although full-bodied, it retains a smooth texture, with soft oak integration adding warmth and structure. The finish is long, with hints of cocoa and earthy undertones.
Perfect with flame-grilled lamb chops, slow-cooked beef brisket, or spiced vegetable tagine, especially dishes with a smoky or chargrilled profile.
