Bruce Jack Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is made from 100% sauvignon blanc grapes grown in the Cape South Coast region of South Africa.
Specially selected grapes from selected vineyards arrive at the Bruce Jack winery early in the morning, while they’re still cool from the night. The grapes are then crushed to extract the juice before pressing the skins. Fermenting the clear juice highlights vineyard-specific aromatics, with special tanks given extended lees contact before blending, filtering and fining.
