About this bottle
The organically produced and hand harvested grapes for this wine come from the Languedoc region of Southern France, where the climate is dry and sunny. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged partly in oak barriques, partly in stainless steel tanks, to combine integrated tannins and aromatic complexity.
