Change Chardonnay is a light and fresh white wine from the South of France, with a sunny character. Flowery, fruity and slightly buttery on the nose, it’s dominated by grapefruit and citrus aromas; then white fruit and spices emerge on the palate. Pleasantly dry, Change Chardonnay is rather well balanced, smooth and fresh. Bring it to the coast and enjoy it upcountry too!

Change Chardonnay makes a great apéritif and also pairs well with cheese or white meat dishes. Try it for your next Sunday lunch with roast chicken and potatoes.
About this bottle
The grapes for Change Chardonnay grow in the comparatively dry and sunny climate of the Languedoc Roussillon in the South of France. Harvesting at night ensures the grapes retain all their freshness, then processing takes place under neutral gas to avoid oxidation. During pressing, the winemaker retains only the first, best quality juice for this wine. Fermentation takes 15 to 30 days.
