Tasting Notes
Deep garnet with a composed, opaque core. The aromatics unfold slowly: blackcurrant, dark cherry and plum, layered with graphite, cigar box, cold ash and subtle smoke, a signature Haut-Brion imprint.
On the palate, the wine is expansive yet controlled. Dark fruit, mineral tension and savoury complexity move in steady sequence across finely etched tannins. The mid-palate remains compact and disciplined, while the finish extends with calm authority. Long, cool and resonant.
