The wine shows a brilliant golden-yellow hue. The nose is layered and intense, bursting with ripe citrus and grapefruit, white peach, honeyed notes, dried fruit, and a subtle toast. On the palate, it’s full and silky, offering rich flavors of vanilla, butter, toast, and exotic fruits, underpinned by a taut, slightly saline mid-palate and a lingering, elegant finish. Serve beautifully alongside seared scallops, fish in creamy sauce, or as a luxurious aperitif.

Cigalus Blanc 2023 is an elegant white blend crafted at Domaine de Cigalus under the stewardship of Gérard Bertrand. Made in true biodynamic fashion, this wine brings together Chardonnay, Viognier, and Sauvignon Blanc to deliver a complex yet harmonious expression of Languedoc’s sun-drenched terroir.
