Tasting Notes
Pale salmon-pink with bright, silvery highlights. The nose is clean and understated, revealing wild strawberry, redcurrant and citrus peel, supported by subtle floral notes.
On the palate, the wine is crisp and fluid. Fresh red berries and grapefruit tones move smoothly across a fine, refreshing frame. Acidity is precise rather than sharp, carrying the wine into a dry, clean finish that feels poised and quietly refreshing.
