Clos du Temple Rosé is perfectly balanced; an exceptional blend of 5 grape varieties, full of freshness. It is a very pale pink but bright wine. The ripe apricot, green pepper and rose aromas intensify on the palate to end delicately with a light tobacco finish.

About this bottle
With a beautifully designed bottle, and voted best rosé in the world in 2020, Clos du Temple has both an AB organic certification and a Demeter biodynamic certification.
The Clos du Temple winery is located in the terroir of Cabrières, in the Languedoc region of the South of France. It’s a geologically interesting area, with a mixture of schist and limestone, and water present underground. The vineyards sit at an altitude of 240m with a southern exposure.
For the 2019 vintage, the hand-picked grapes were chilled after harvesting in order to preserve aromas and freshness, then the best free-run juice was selected to ferment at low temperature. The wine was aged 6 months in carefully selected barrels of new French oak, and no sulphites were added during the winemaking process.
