Cote des Roses Rosé pairs beautifully with fish and other seafood. Alternatively, it makes a lovely apéritif or simply a wine to drink while relaxing with friends.
About this bottle
The grapes for this wine come from the hot, windy and dry climate of the Languedoc. Harvested separately at optimum ripeness, the grapes are then cooled and pressed, with only the first-run juice used. After settling, the wine ferments anything from 15 to 30 days depending on temperature and clarification required. Following light fining, the wine is bottled early to preserve its fresh character.
The elegant bottle, the base of which is shaped like a rose, was designed by a young designer from the famous Parisian college of art and design, the Ecole Boulle. A rather beautiful bottle, to be gifted with love.
