Tasting Notes
Deep ruby with garnet edges. The nose is refined and inviting, revealing black cherry, plum, violet and subtle graphite, layered with hints of cocoa and dried herbs. On the palate, the wine is smooth and well-defined; ripe red and dark fruit, gentle spice and a limestone-driven freshness unfold across fine, polished tannins. The finish is elegant, savoury and persistent, with a soft mineral echo.

The 2017 vintage, shaped by careful selection after a challenging growing season, favours precision, freshness and balance. The result is a wine that feels composed rather than powerful, highlighting terroir expression over excess weight.
