Description
The Monopole Siglo XXI 2023 is a distinguished white wine from the D.O. Rueda region, meticulously crafted by the esteemed Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España (CVNE). This 100% Verdejo varietal is the result of CVNE’s expansion into Rueda, offering a fresh interpretation of their classic Monopole. The grapes are hand-selected and harvested at night to preserve their aromatic integrity, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to enhance the wine’s primary floral and fruity characteristics.
