Tasting Notes
Very pale salmon with bright, silvery reflections. The nose is gentle and lifted, revealing wild strawberry, redcurrant and pink grapefruit, followed by soft floral hints and a whisper of citrus peel.
On the palate, the wine is crisp and finely shaped. Light red berry notes and citrus freshness move through a clean, linear frame, supported by lively acidity. The finish is dry and refreshing, leaving a cool, mineral impression.
