What makes The Curator Red Blend special is its freedom of blending. Instead of relying on one grape, it combines multiple varieties to build a wine that feels juicy, layered and naturally balanced. The result is a red with ripe fruit at the centre, a peppery lift around the edges, and a smooth structure that keeps it effortless and highly drinkable.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby in colour. The nose is vibrant and inviting, showing black cherry, plum and blackberry, followed by black pepper, dried herbs and a subtle earthy edge. On the palate, it’s juicy and smooth, with dark berry fruit and spice balanced by gentle tannins. The finish stays savoury and refreshing, making it hard not to go back for another sip.
Food Pairing
This is a food-loving red that suits bold flavours. Pair it with grilled steak, lamb chops, burgers, BBQ ribs, spicy sausages or roast chicken. It also handles smoky, peppery seasoning beautifully, because the fruit and spice remain bright and lively right through the finish.
