Tasting Notes
Deep ruby with an intense, youthful core. The nose is expansive and expressive, offering black cherry, boysenberry and cassis, layered with liquorice, garrigue herbs, cracked pepper and warm spice.
On the palate, the wine is full and commanding, yet remarkably composed. Dark berry fruit, savoury spice and earthy undertones unfold in slow layers, supported by structured tannins and enough freshness to keep the wine in balance. The finish is long, warm and persistent, with a lingering echo of pepper, herbs and dark fruit.
