Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin is a unique creation that marries traditional gin distillation techniques with an intriguing twist. To produce this gin:
Base Spirit: Four Pillars starts with a base spirit made from locally sourced Yarra Valley grapes, imparting a distinct fruitiness.
Botanicals: They use a carefully selected combination of botanicals, including juniper, coriander, and cassia, along with some native Australian ingredients.
Shiraz Wine: The star of the show is Shiraz wine, which is sourced from some of the best vineyards in the Yarra Valley. This wine is steeped in the gin to infuse it with the deep color and rich berry notes.
Distillation: The gin is distilled in traditional copper pot stills, allowing the botanicals and the Shiraz wine to harmonize and create a flavorful and aromatic spirit.
