How this product is made 

Mediterranean Botanicals: Gin Mare is crafted using a selection of botanicals that are characteristic of the Mediterranean region. These may include Arbequina olives, thyme, rosemary, basil, and citrus fruits, which are sourced from different Mediterranean countries.

Distillation: The chosen botanicals are macerated or vapor-infused in a high-quality neutral spirit to extract their flavors and aromas. The distillation process takes place in small copper pot stills, which allows for precise control over the distillation and enhances the gin’s character.

Blending: After distillation, the various distillates are carefully blended by the master distiller to achieve the desired flavor profile and balance.

Alcohol Content and Bottling: The gin is typically diluted to the desired alcohol by volume (ABV) using pure water, and then it is bottled and labeled for distribution.
