Heritage Coteaux De Narbonne Rouge 2020 has a deep red appearance. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of blueberry and violet. Rounded and gourmet on the palate with beautiful fresh black fruit notes.
Heritage Coteaux De Narbonne Rouge is a perfect blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grape varieties from Narbonne vineyards. The grapes benefit from exceptional climate conditions and a limestone-clay terroir that allow them to ripen perfectly.
The grapes are handpicked and a double manual sorting is made before and after destemming. The grapes are then stored for 4 weeks in temperature-controlled vats. After fermentations, the wine is aged in vats for 8 months.
Food Pairing: Best paired with read meat, pastas or ripened cheeses.
