Description
La Scolca’s Etichetta Nera (Black Label) is crafted from the estate’s oldest Cortese vineyards, some over 60 years old—located in the high hills of Rovereto Superiore, the “Grand Cru” of Gavi. This limited-release wine is vinified using traditional methods, including cold maceration and sur-lie aging in stainless steel. The result: a refined, mineral-driven Gavi with depth, complexity, and remarkable longevity
