Tasting Notes
Deep ruby with a vibrant, youthful sheen. The nose opens cleanly with black cherry, ripe plum and cassis, followed by notes of crushed stone, dried herbs and subtle spice.
On the palate, the wine is smooth yet purposeful. Dark fruit and savoury undertones unfold across a finely textured mid-palate, supported by fresh acidity and well-drawn tannins. The finish is composed and persistent, leaving a mineral echo that speaks clearly of Saint-Émilion limestone.
