Description
Experience the elegance of Le Mortelle Botrosecco Maremma Toscana 2021, a distinguished red wine from the heart of Tuscany’s Maremma region. This exceptional blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc showcases the Antinori family’s dedication to quality and the unique terroir of their Le Mortelle estate.
Grapes were meticulously selected, destemmed, and gently crushed. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at approximately 25°C (77°F) to preserve varietal aromas and fruit integrity. Maceration lasted about 15 days with careful extraction of desirable tannins. Malolactic fermentation was completed by year’s end, followed by nine months of aging in barriques and additional bottle refinement.
