Tasting Notes
Deep ruby with a youthful, composed core. The nose is clean and focused, revealing blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry, layered with notes of cedar, graphite and subtle spice.
On the palate, the wine is smooth yet structured. Dark fruit and savoury undertones move across fine-grained tannins, supported by fresh acidity. The mid-palate holds steady before easing into a long, even finish marked by restraint and clarity rather than force.
