The wine pours pale yellow with green tinges. On the nose, fresh aromas of grapefruit, passionfruit, pineapple, and green herbs mingle with subtle flint or sea salt lift. On the palate it is crisp and energetic — citrus zest leads, tropical notes linger, and a thread of minerality grounds the finish. The acidity is lively without overstepping, giving brightness and lift.
A perfect companion to seafood (oysters, grilled prawns), sushi, fresh goat’s cheese or salads with herbs. It also lifts lighter Mediterranean fare, or dishes spiced with citrus or green herbs.
