Parker Coonawarra Estate Coonawarra Series Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep red wine with purple hues and a blended aroma of intense varietal and regional notes with hints of dark chocolate and coffee. Proffers a rich and generous palate with a core of dark berry fruits running through the lengthy, nice dusty tannins and a dry, lingering finish.

Parker Coonawarra Estate Coonawarra Series Cabernet Sauvignon is made with restraint and precision by one of the region’s most consistent producers. Fruit from younger vines make up the Coonawarra Series wines; these are specifically designed to be approachable and accessible to a wider wine-drinking audience.
The grapes come from several vineyards in the Coonawarra region of South Australia. Destemming takes place in the vineyard at the time of harvest; then fermentation follows, in a series of open and closed fermenters which extract colour, tannins and aroma. Upon completion of malolactic fermentation, the winemaker then blends the parcels to create a classic varietal bursting with bright fruit flavours.
