Parker Coonawarra Estate Shiraz displays deep crimson with violet hues. This Shiraz opens with an enticing bouquet of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and plums, layered with nuances of black pepper, star anise, and subtle smoky oak. The palate is full-bodied and richly textured, featuring concentrated dark fruit flavors alongside hints of dark chocolate, vanilla, and a touch of leather. Fine-grained tannins provide structure and depth, while the refreshing acidity carries through to a long, velvety finish with lingering spice and earthiness.

Parker Coonawarra Estate Shiraz 2022 is a bold yet refined expression of Coonawarra’s renowned terroir, crafted from premium vineyards in South Australia. This vintage highlights the region’s signature balance of power and elegance, with a well-integrated structure that makes it enjoyable now yet capable of aging gracefully.
This vintage benefits from meticulous vineyard management and careful oak maturation. A portion of the wine is aged in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels, adding complexity and smooth integration of tannins without overpowering the vibrant fruit characteristics.
