How this product is made

Macération and Distillation: The botanicals are macerated in alcohol to extract their flavors and aromas. After maceration, the liquid is distilled to refine the spirit and intensify the flavors.
Coloring: Pernod Paris is often referred to as a “”pastis,”” which means it has a characteristic pale yellow-green color. This color is achieved through the addition of natural and artificial coloring agents.
Dilution: Pernod Paris is a high-proof spirit, usually around 40-45% alcohol by volume (ABV). It is traditionally enjoyed diluted with water, typically in a ratio of five parts water to one part Pernod, although this can be adjusted according to personal preference.
