Tasting Notes
Deep ruby with youthful vibrancy. The bouquet opens with ripe dark cherry, wild berries and dried violets, layered with tobacco, cedar and warm spice.
On the palate, the wine is commanding yet beautifully composed. Dark fruit richness and savoury undertones unfold across a firm, finely textured frame. Polished tannins provide structure without harshness, while fresh acidity maintains balance and lift. The finish is long, persistent and elegantly dry, echoing notes of spice and mineral nuance.
