About The Winery

Felipe Rutini founded Bodega La Rural in Mendoza in 1885. The family extended vineyard holdings across the Uco Valley, acquiring parcels in Gualtallary, El Cepillo, Altamira and La Consulta. Head winemaker Mariano Di Paola, recognised by Decanter in 2015 as one of the top 30 winemakers in the world, leads parcel selection for each release.
