On the palate, it’s plush and concentrated, offering juicy black fruit, a velvety mid-palate, and well-integrated tannins. Subtle oak influence lends complexity without overpowering the fruit. The finish is long, balanced, and accented by a touch of minerality.
Perfect alongside grilled meats, lamb chops, mushroom risotto, or aged hard cheeses. A classic match for Argentine asado.
