Sadie Sónvang 2024 is a site-specific white wine from Sadie Family Wines, crafted from old vines rooted in decomposed granite soils in the Swartland. Named after the vineyard’s unique position and aspect, Sónvang is a wine focused on purity, balance, and the subtle expression of its origin rather than overt richness.
The 2024 vintage is poised and expressive, revealing notes of citrus peel, stone fruit, gentle florals, and a distinct mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and finely textured, combining natural freshness with quiet depth and a long, savoury finish. Elegant and composed, Sónvang unfolds gradually, rewarding thoughtful drinking and offering excellent ageing potential.
