Tasting Notes
Deep cherry red with vivid clarity. The nose opens gradually, revealing black cherry, wild blackberry and crushed plum, followed by violet, graphite and subtle sweet spice. Fine oak sits in the background, adding contour rather than flavour.
On the palate, the wine moves with direction and tension. Dark fruit is firm and focused, supported by fresh acidity and finely grained tannins that shape the wine into a long, tapered finish. A mineral note lingers, leaving an impression of precision and quiet depth.
Food Pairing
This wine finds its rhythm with roast lamb, grilled ribeye, Iberian pork and game dishes. Earth-driven plates such as wild mushrooms, truffle accents or aged Manchego echo its savoury detail and structured frame beautifully.
