Tasting Notes
Deep ruby with a vivid core. The nose opens with blackcurrant, dark cherry and ripe plum, followed by hints of capsicum, cedar and subtle spice.
On the palate, the wine shows firm fruit and clean lines. Dark berries move through a structured frame of fine tannins, supported by freshness that keeps the wine lifted. The finish is dry and savoury, with a lingering note of cassis and gentle oak.
