The Vasse Felix Chardonnay is pale straw with green and golden tinges. It gives off aromas of white peach, pear, and green plum, complemented by floral notes of jasmine and camomile, with subtle hints of rock flint and vanilla bean on the nose. The palate has a rich core framed by a delicate dry structure, featuring flavors of purified lemon, ginger, custard, and delicate peach, finishing with a dry, chalky feel.

Introducing the Vasse Felix Chardonnay 2022, an expression of Margaret River’s winemaking excellence. Crafted from premier Chardonnay parcels, this wine embodies elegance, power, and restraint, hallmarks of the modern Margaret River style.
The 2022 vintage experienced a cool spring, leading to delayed vine growth. A warm summer facilitated rapid ripening, resulting in excellent fruit quality with concentrated flavors. Select parcels were hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented with natural yeasts in French oak barriques. The wine matured on lees for eight months in oak, followed by six months blended in the cellar for harmonization before bottling.
