This will remain the same and you will receive more exclusive benefits the higher the membership level.

To achieve Gold Status, you need to spend more than 250,000KSH per year with TWB Cellar Limited (Trading as The Wine Box) and for Platinum status, you need to spend more than 500,000KSH per year.

Your existing points will be reset to 0 from January 1st, 2022 but you will continue to receive all your existing benefits up until that point. After 1st January 2022, you will also continue to receive weekly offer emails with discounts on selected wines and spirits.

Your membership level (Silver, Gold, Platinum) is linked to revenue accrued rather than points earned so this will remain the same after points are reset

The points can be accrued for a period of 1 year before they are reset. Each order's accrued points will be reset after 1 year from the date of the order if unused. We will send an email to all our members to remind them to use up their points before they expire

Quarterly emails will be sent with information about new discounts on various local businesses' products and services, exclusive access to some of our new wines, invites to private events with our wine producers, and discounts off private tastings at the Cellar Door. The more you spend, the more exclusive these offers will be.
