About this bottle
Clearwater Cove Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand’s Marlborough region is a Wine Box best seller. The grapes come from individual blocks in the Awatere Valley; although beautiful, the rugged landscape and harsh conditions result in low yield vines producing high quality fruit with concentrated flavours.
Grapes from each block are picked at perfect ripeness, gently pressed and settled, and then fermented in stainless steel with carefully selected yeast. The winemaker then blends the wine from the individual parcels to create a wine brimming with pure fruit flavours.
