About the Producer

Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow founded Fever-Tree in London in 2004. Rolls had previously built Plymouth Gin. Warrillow was a branding executive. Together they identified a gap in the market. Spirits had become premium, but mixers had not. They travelled to the Congo to source pharmaceutical grade quinine from the cinchona tree. They built relationships with citrus growers in Sicily and Mexico. The result was a range of tonics that treated mixers with the same seriousness as spirits.
