About the Producer

Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow founded Fever-Tree in 2004 after discovering most tonic waters were loaded with artificial ingredients. They traced quinine to the Cinchona Ledgeriana plantations of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The only remaining source of the original fever trees. For their Mediterranean line, they sourced rosemary from Spain and lemon thyme from the rocky hillsides of Provence, where the warm air and well-drained soil deepen the aromatics. The approach is straightforward: if three-quarters of a drink is mixer, the mixer should be sourced with the same care as the spirit.
