How this product is made
Organic Botanicals: As an organic gin, Liverpool Organic Gin is made using a selection of organic botanicals, which may include juniper berries, coriander seeds, citrus peels, and other herbs and spices. These botanicals are responsibly sourced and contribute to the gin’s unique flavor profile.
Maceration and Distillation: The chosen organic botanicals are macerated (soaked) in a high-quality neutral spirit to extract their flavors and aromas. After maceration, the spirit is then distilled in traditional copper pot stills, a process that creates a clean and smooth base spirit with infused botanical flavors.
Cut and Blending: During distillation, the distiller makes careful cuts to select the “heart” of the distillate, which is the best and most flavorful portion. The heart cut is then blended with other distillates, if necessary, to achieve the desired flavor profile for Liverpool Organic Gin.
