Sadie Treinspoor 2024 is a single-vineyard red wine from Sadie Family Wines, crafted from old bush vines rooted in iron-rich soils in the Swartland. Named after the railway track that runs alongside the vineyard, Treinspoor is Eben Sadie’s uncompromising expression of structure, depth, and site character.
The 2024 vintage is dense and focused, delivering flavours of black plum, dark berries, spice, and earthy undertones, framed by firm tannins and natural acidity. Full-bodied and muscular yet precise, this wine is built for longevity, unfolding slowly in the glass and rewarding patient cellaring. Treinspoor is a serious wine that speaks clearly of place, discipline, and time.
