How this product is made

Clas Azul Reposado is a premium tequila produced in Mexico. It is made from 100% blue agave plants. The agave hearts, known as piñas, are harvested and roasted to extract the juice. The extracted juice is fermented and then double distilled in copper pot stills. After distillation, the tequila is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of eight months, giving it a smooth and complex flavor profile.
