Cote des Roses Pinot Noir is a light, elegant red wine presented in a stunning designer bottle. On the nose, it proffers cherry, blackberry and spice. On the palate, this wine is well balanced, round and fruity, with blackberry and rose notes. The finish is long and smooth with a pleasant earthy, mineral quality.

Food pairing
Cote des Roses Pinot Noir is an excellent match for chicken and veal dishes, as well as vegetarian food. Also pairs well with mature cheeses.
About this bottle
The grapes for this wine grow well in the warm and windy climate of the Languedoc. Harvested at perfect maturity at the end of September, the grapes are then destemmed and macerated for 10-15 days. During this time, daily pump overs and tastings take place. Partial aging over several months follows, to bring aromatic complexity.
The elegant bottle’s design comes from a young designer at the famous Parisian college of art and design, the Ecole Boulle. It’s a rather beautiful bottle, the base of which is shaped like a rose, to be gifted with love.
