About this bottle
The Crossings Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand’s famous Marlborough region is a Wine Box best seller. The grapes are grown in the premium sub-region of Awatere Valley; here, the harsh growing conditions result in slow-ripening, intensely flavoured fruit.
Each block is picked at perfect ripeness, with some parcels picked and fermented separately to enhance varietal character. After fermentation, the winemaker blends the wine before stabilising and filtering prior to bottling.
