About The Producer

Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow founded Fever-Tree in London in 2004. Rolls had previously built Plymouth Gin. Warrillow was a branding executive. Together they identified a gap in the market. Spirits had become premium, but mixers had not. They travelled to the Congo to source pharmaceutical grade quinine from the cinchona tree.
